- Tooele County Housing Authority (TCHA) Board of Commissioners will be holding a regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 3:30 pm (66 West Vine Street, Tooele, Utah 84074) 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Executive Director Report 4. New Business: a. Minutes from March 28, 2024, meeting b. Quarterly Financial Statements c. Administrative Plan out for public comment for significant updates (HOTMA and INSPIRE) d. Office Hours e. Consideration of entering into a contract for replacement of office porch concrete f. Consideration of entering into a contract for completion of infrastructure on Harvey subdivision g. Consideration of entering into a contract to replace east sidewalk of Murdock lot #111 h. Consideration of adopting a new job description for Housing Specialist 5. Old Business: i. Other 6. Adjourn Board members may attend electronically.
