COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Brian Head Town will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2024. The project is a MagneGrip 100% Source Capture Exhaust Removal System for the Brian Head Fire Department located at 535 South Vasels Road, Brian Head, UT 84719. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 1:00 P.M. on July 9, 2024 and will be held at the Brian Head Town Hall, 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. Further information such as a copy of the proposed application can be obtained by contacting Amber Burton at 435-677-2029. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk at the Brian Head Town Hall, 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 435-677-2029 at least three days prior to the hearing.
