PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

A. STOCKMAN FLATS. This proposal involves the approval of a preliminary plat for sixteen industrial lots located at 1730 West 3800 North.
3. Utility Improvement Plan
A. GWC SEWER LIFT STATION. This proposal involves various improvements to an industrial property located at 1724 West 4350 North.
4. Annexation
A. WEST MEADOWS ANNEXATION. Acceptance of the proposed West Meadows Annexation for further study. The proposed annexation is 48.8 acres located at approximately 1800 South 2300 West.
5. Concept Review
A. CREEKSIDE TOWNHOMES CONCEPT.
6. Discussion
A. 2000 E US-6 CONNECTION 30% DESIGN.
