- Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items: 1. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment for Section 26-XII-1(A) pertaining to noticing requirements. 2. Consider a Final Plat extension for Shurtz Canyon PUD Phase 1. 3. Consider a General Plan amendment from Mixed Use to High Density Residential in the vicinity of 170 S 100 W. 4. Consider a Zone Change from CC to R-3-M in the vicinity of 170 S 100 W. 5. Consider a Zone Change from CC and GC to R-3-M in the vicinity of 266 N 300 W. 6. Consider a General Plan change from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential in the vicinity of 3000 N 2300 W, Creekside Village. 7. Consider a Zone Change from R-2-2 to R-3-M in the vicinity of 3000 N 2300 W, Creekside Village. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted June 21, 2024
