- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval resolution amending Title 9, Chapter 1 and Title 11, Chapter 3 to clarify and confirm the requirement for available water before the issuance of a building permit. 7. Other zoning matters
