5 Decision
5.1 Ecker Hill Middle School Mascot
The Board will be provided with information regarding changing the EHMS mascot, and may choose to accept the recommendation.
5.2 Open and Closed Schools
The Board will review enrollment numbers and determine if schools will be open to out of boundary students for the FY26 school year.
5.3 FY26 School Calendar
The Board has reviewed two options presented by the Calendar Committee, and they will now approve the final calendar for the 2025-2026 school year.
5.4 Athletic Facility Improvement Plan Approval
After reviewing the Athletic Facilities Plan in October, the Board will now make a motion to approve certain phases of the plan.

9 Public Comment
The Board has set aside time to hear public comments on the closure of Treasure Mountain Junior High, effective for the 2025-2026 school year.
10 Public Comment (5:00 PM)
The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes.
11 Decision
11.1 Reimbursement Resolution
The Board will consider the adoption of a resolution by the Board of Education of Park City School District, Utah declaring its intention to reimburse itself from bond proceeds.
12 Adjourn
The Board will adjourn and convene a meeting of the Local Building Authority of Park City School District.
13 Call to Order the Local Building Authority
14 Statement Resolution
The Board will consider adoption of a resolution making the required statement regarding potential issuance of lease revenue bonds and will make the following statement.
'The Local Building Authority of Park City School District, Utah hereby intends to issue a lease revenue bond. The purpose of said bond is to provide funds to (a)finance all or a portion of the costs of land improvements along Kearns Blvd. which include, but are not limited to, the construction and/or renovation of athletic fields and support buildings and all related improvements (the 'Project'); (b) fund any required debt service reserve fund; and (c) pay costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds. The estimated amount of the bond is $38,000,000. This proposed lease revenue bond commits money from future property tax and income tax revenue allocated to the school district. Additionally, a lease revenue bond generally has a higher interest cost than a voter-approved general obligation bond.'
15 Decision
15.1 Issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds
The Board will consider adoption of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale by the Local Building Authority of Park City School District, Utah of no more than $38,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2025; and related matters.
16 Adjourn
The Local Building Authority of Park City School District will adjourn and reconvene the meeting of the Board of Education.
17 Adjourn
The Board of Education will adjourn and reconvene at the next Regular Session Meeting on December 17, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
