4 Discussion
4.1 Student Enrollment Numbers
Business Administrator Randy Upton will provide the Board with preliminary enrollment numbers for FY25.
4.2 FY26 School Calendar
The Calendar Committee will present its recommendation to the Board for the FY26 school year. A 3-year calendar will also be presented for discussion.
4.4 Athletic Facility Improvement Baseline
The Board will review athletic facility information to determine if they will move forward with the project before the new year.
5 Decision
5.1 Preschool Funding
Chief Teaching and Learning Officer, Stacey Briggs, is asking for additional mid-year funding for the preschool program.
6 Public Comment-School Closure
The Board has set aside time to hear public comments on the closure of Treasure Mountain Junior High effective for the 2025-2026 school year.
7 Public Comment (5:00 PM)
The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will
be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes.
