- NOTICE OF TIME DATE PLACE AND AGENDA MINERSVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The Minersville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Monday June 24, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. Regular Meeting: 1. Call to order and approval of the minutes from the last meeting 2. Wade Netto: Property split 3. Max Anderson: Discuss Town Homes in Multi Family zones 4. Discuss changes and improvements for Multi Family Zoning 5.
