RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting held on June 18, 2024, the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Ordinance 983 amended Riverdale City Code: Human Resources Manual Employees Classification/Compensation Plan 1-7-2 Salaries of City Council and Mayor. - Ordinance 984 amended Riverdale City Code: Human Resources Manual Employees Classification/Compensation Plan 1-7F-6 Salary of the Justice Court Judge. - Resolution 2024-17 accepted Riverdale City's Certified Property Tax Rate of 0.001425 as calculated by the Weber County Auditor. - Resolution 2024-18 approved the nonreciprocal interfund activity transfer of resources utilized by the City's General Fund as provided by the City's water fund. - Resolution 2024-19 amended the Riverdale City budget for Fiscal Year 24 (2023-2024) - Resolution 2024-20 adopted the Riverdale City Budget for Fiscal Year 25 (2024-2025) - Resolution 2024-21 amended the Consolidated Fee Schedule - Resolution 2024-22 approved a betterment agreement between Riverdale City and UDOT - Resolution 2024-23 approved an agreement between Riverdale City and America First Credit Union I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on June 19, 2024, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ___________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
