Uintah County Voters,
On May 21, 2024 the Commissioners approved Resolution #05-21-2024 R1 imposing a 0.3% local option sales tax for Uintah County Public Safety.
On May 23, 2024 an application for referendum petition was filed. The sponsors have requested Resolution #05-21-2024 R1 be repealed.
The sponsors will be circulating petitions. The County is required to provide a Proposition Information Pamphlet, attached.
