- In accordance with Utah Code ยง 10-3-711, on June 18, 2024, the Millcreek City Council adopted Ordinance 24-31, Determining the Rate of Tax and Levying Taxes Upon All Real and Personal Property within Millcreek (the Resulting Tax is the Same Amount of Tax Previously Collected by Millcreek and Will Not Result in a Tax Increase to Residents of Millcreek) for the Tax Year Beginning July 1, 2024 and Ending June 30, 2025. This ordinance sets the certified tax rate for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
