Consideration for Adoption of a Resolution of the Local Building Authority of the Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District, Utah, Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Not More than $20,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2024; Delegating to Certain Officers of the Authority the Ability to Approve the Final Terms and Provision of the Series 2024 Bonds; Authorizing and Approving a Fourth Supplemental Indenture of Trust, a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Third Amendment to a Master Lease Agreement, a Security Document, and other Documents Necessary for the Issuance of the Series 2024 Bonds; Authorizing the Taking of all other Actions Necessary to the Consummation of the Transactions Contemplated by this Resolution; and Related Matters
