Description/Agenda: 2024 HIGHLAND CITY FLING COMMITTEE MEETING June 19, 2024 6:30 to 8:00 pm Highland City Executive Council Chambers 5400 West Civic Center Drive Highland, UT 84003 Call to Order Approval of minutes from April 16, 2024 Highland Fling Committee Meeting. Discussion Items: Stride Registration - Is the information correct on each event utilizing Stride? Would you like to add anything to your registration page? Finalize counts fort-shirts for each event Follow-up on Touriffic App - listen to each event App for accuracy How many thank you cups of candy will each event need? How will each event incorporate the Hometown Heroes theme? Collect information for the trophies so that we can make one order. We are going to print on the Highland Fling Magazine soon. Please review your page and make any edits tonight. Tonight we need your list of events, dates and times that you will need assistance from the Highland City Youth Council. Adjournment
