REQUEST FOR BIDS - COMPETITIVE SEALED BID (CSB) FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS. Hinckley Town is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids (CSB) for improvements to the town's water and sewer system located in the light industrial park. The project consists of removal and replacement of four fire hydrants and isolation valves, replace the top section of a valve box, replace a 6' x 30' concrete grade ring on a sewer manhole, apply new mastic to bottom of cone section of a sewer manhole, and verify existence of two sewer laterals to parcels in the industrial park. Bids must list the cost of equipment, an itemized list of materials, and labor separately. Bids should include a minimum of two references for installation similar to that proposed for Hinckley Town. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the construction firm, address, and labeled Bid for Industrial Park Water and Sewer System Improvements, Attn: Tresa Taylor, Town Clerk. Sealed proposals will be received by Hinckley Town, 161 E 300 N, PO Box 138, Hinckley, UT 84635, until 1:00 pm on July 2, 2024, and will be opened at a Hinckley Town Council meeting on July 3, 2024, 7:00 pm, Hinckley Town Council Chambers, 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, UT. Hinckley Town, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, and to make the selection that is in the best interest of the Town.
