PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Administrative Control Board of the Austin Community Special Service District will hold a Budget Hearing / Regular Meeting on Tuesday, the 25th day of June 2024, at 35 West Main, Elsinore, Utah, at the hour of 6:30 p.m.
The Agenda for the meeting consists, in part, of the following:
(1) Budget Hearing.
(2) Call to Order.
(3) Public Comments: FY 2025 Budget Proposal. (Limit 3 minutes per person.)
(4) Approve and Adopt FY 2025 Budget.
(5) Close Budget Hearing.
(6) Open Regular Meeting.
(7) Call to Order.
(8) Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting June 18, 2024.
(9) Culinary Water Project Update / Lead and Copper Update: Parker Vercimak.
(10) Amend and Approve FY 2024 Budget.
(11) Review and Approve Expenditures.
(12) West Austin Update.
(13) Adjourn.
