- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING - ALTA PLANNING COMMISSION WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2024 3:00 - 3:05 PM ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER 10351 E Hwy 210 ALTA, UTAH This will be a hybrid meeting; we encourage you to join us in person. If you are interested in watching or participating in this meeting virtually please refer to the instructions on our website: https://townofalta.com/town-government/planning-commission/agendas-minutes/ Public comment - please note, each person will be able to speak for up to 3 minutes at each public hearing. To make a public comment virtually we recommend you notify Chris Otto via email (cotto@townofalta.com) in advance of the meeting. Written public input can be submitted here: https://townofalta.com/town-government/public-comment/ The Town of Alta Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a proposed ordinance that makes amendments and additions to Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 11 Subdivisions. A draft ordinance is available for review on the Town's website, www.townofalta.com, and in the Town Office at 10201 East Highway 210 during normal business hours. This notice shall formally initiate proceedings to amend the Town of Alta land use regulations. Following the public hearing, the planning commission will hold a regular business meeting where it may take action to approve the draft ordinance and recommend it to the Alta Town Council for final adoption. Box 8016, Alta, Utah 84092, by calling 801-742-6010 or by email to Ccawley@townofalta.com Notice Provisions: - One or more members of the planning commission may attend by electronic means, including telephonically. Such members may fully participate in the proceedings as if physically present. The anchor location for purposes of the electronic meeting is the ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER, 10361 EAST HWY 210, ALTA, UTAH - Reasonable accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) for individuals with disabilities may be provided upon receipt of a request with three (3) working days' notice.
