8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings;
a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2024-04 opening all of the City's 2023/2024 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets.
b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2024-05 setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2024-2025.
c. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment 2024-03 setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2024-2025.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2024-06 adopting the 2024/2025 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2024-07 setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2024/2025.
9. Mayor and City Council discuss for approval a Proclamation on Scarcity of Water under Wellsville City Code 8-1E-18.
10. Review for possible acceptance of resolution 2024-08 accepting an annexation petition for further consideration from Joseph Stucki that 12.28 acres located on the South end of Wellsville be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City.
