SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City (RDA) will convey property located at approximately 524 North 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, to Salt Lake City Corporation (City). Pursuant to Utah Code 17C-1-207(1)(b), the RDA may, for less than fair market value or for no consideration and in compliance with state law, convey the property to the City no sooner than 15 days after the RDA posts a Class A notice of such assistance and conveyance. Therefore, the property will be conveyed to the City no sooner than July 8, 2024.
