Description/Agenda
I-O, Infill Overlay Zoning Designation: The parcel located at approximately 287 E. 700 S. and includes the following Utah County Parcel; #08:128:0016 requests the I-O, Infill Overlay zoning designation. The intent of the I-O, Infill Overlay is for infill development within the city and allows for parcels to potentially have reduced lot sizes, setbacks, and street frontage. The overlay zoning designation will allow for a nine-lot subdivision to be located on the parcel with reduced lot sizes.
