CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Ordinance No. 24-26 a petition from CW Land Co/Matt Dean requesting an update to the Master Development Agreement for the Copper Rim Planned Community and approving a Major Variation to the Council approved 2018 Copper Rim Preliminary Development Plan located at approximately 7516 S Copper Rim Drive.
- Resolution No. 24-027 stating the compensation increase for local government officers as proposed in the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2025.
- Ordinance No. 24-25 fixing the compensation for elected and statutory officers of the City.
- Resolution No. 24-026 authorizing the transfer of monies from enterprise funds to other city funds in Fiscal Year 2025.
- Ordinance No. 24-28 amending the City's Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
