Description/Agenda: PLANNING AND ZONING GENERAL PLAN OPEN HOUSE Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA Taking Comments on the General Plan Revision All cities and towns are required to adopt a General Plan. This Plan is the guiding document for all long-term future planning. By law, it is the advisory guide for all land use decisions. The Planning Commission has begun the long process of revising Virgin Town's General Plan. There will be four open houses held as an opportunity for residents to voice their thoughts on future land use planning. The first is this month. If you are interested in how Virgin will look in 3, 5, 10, 20, or 50 years, please attend the open houses to give your input.
