Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Springville City Community Development requests adoption of Residential and Commercial Subdivision Application Checklists. 2) Springville City Community Development requests an amendment to Springville Code 11-4-708(4) to eliminate the minimum clear floor-to-ceiling height for townhomes in the Main Street South Gateway Zone. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861.
