NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
JUNE 25, 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to update the Moderate Income Housing Plan Element of the General Plan in compliance with State Code 10-9a-403(2).
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
