Notice of Interlocal Agreements between the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City and Provo City, Utah County, Provo School District, and Central Utah Water Conservancy District
Pursuant to Utah State Code Sections 11-13-219 and 17C-5-205(2)(a), the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City (the 'Agency') and Provo City, Utah County, Provo School District, and Central Utah Water Conservancy District (together, the 'Taxing Entities') are jointly providing this notice with respect to interlocal agreements (the 'Interlocal Agreements') entered into by and between the Agency and the Taxing Entities whereby the Taxing Entities consent to the Agency receiving all or a portion of the incremental property tax revenues generated in The Mix Community Reinvestment Project Area (the 'Project Area') for a period of up to 12 years, from 2025 through 2036 inclusive. The funds provided will allow the Agency to engage in project area development activities as described in the Project Area Plan and Budget.
Copies of the Interlocal Agreement(s) are available for public inspection at the Agency's office located at 445 W Center St, Provo, UT 84601 during regular office hours (Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m..).
For a period of 30 days after publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period'), any person may contest the Interlocal Agreement(s) or the procedures used to adopt them if the Interlocal Agreement(s) or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreement(s) for any cause.
No action is required in connection with this notice.
