- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Soaring Wings International Montessori School Third Amended Conditional Use Permit Address: 1580 West Old Ranch Road, Park City, 84098 Parcel: PP-102-F, 2.46 acres Project Number: #23-190 Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-9-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a proposed Amended Conditional Use Permit at the above location. The applicant, Bruce King, is requesting a third amendment to the existing Soaring Wings International Montessori School (SWIMS) to allow for construction of an additional 2,740 square feet of laboratory space and a conference room.
