NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE A WASTEWATER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code Section 11-36a-501 of Layton City's intent to prepare and amend the City's Wastewater Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The geographic area where the proposed Impact Fee Facilities will be located will be within the entire physical and jurisdictional boundaries of Layton City.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations or services to participate in this meeting shall notify the City at least 24 hours in advance at 801-336-3826 or 801-336-3820.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
