- SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY Brigham City is providing notice to the public of the intent to request public bids for the sale of the contents found within the premise of the Parson's Auto Salvage building located at 1145 W. Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah. We will be opening the building to the public on Monday July 8, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for showing. - Bids will only be accepted for all of the contents in their entirety found within the building. - Items may not be bid upon on an individual basis. - The winning bidder will be given 14 days to remove all of the contents. - Items left in the building after the 14 days will be disposed of by the City. - Any questions pertaining to contents will only be answered in person at the building opening on July 8th. - Sealed bids will be opened on July 8th at 12:00 pm following the showing, and the winning bid will be notified.
