PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Council meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Members of the Council may participate by electronic means if needed. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

IV. Continued Public Hearing on Proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budgets
(including General Fund, Capital Improvements, Debt Service, Stormwater, Grants & Arts Funds)
V. Consideration of Ordinance 2024-08 Amending the Zone Map for Property Located at 1932 E 5600 S from R-1-10 to R-2-10 (amendment to the Zone Map from the current Residential Single-Family Zone (R-1-10) to the Residential Two-Family Zone (R-2-10) for approximately .44 acres of property)
VI. Consideration of Ordinance 2024-09 Amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2023 and Ending June 30, 2024
VII. Consideration of Ordinance 2024-10 Determining the Rate of Tax for 2024 Tax Year and Levying Taxes Upon all Real and Personal Property Within the City of Holladay (under Utah's Truth in Taxation law, the Certified Tax Rate is set by law each year, the Council's role is to adopt the rate once it is set formally)
VIII. Consideration of Ordinance 2024-11 Approving a Compensation Schedule for Elected, Executive, Appointed/Statutory and all other Municipal Officers (approves the compensation schedule for the city's elected and statutory officers as provided by Utah Code 10-3-818)
