April: Motion: Second: Vote: May: Motion: Second: Vote: March adjusted: Motion: Second: Vote: New Business: Discussion and Action Item - Discuss Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 monthly meeting date/time, and vote to change the normal date/time if significant conflicts exist Discussion and Potential Action Item - Discussion regarding Grand County Commission approval of TSSD request for financial support for a hydrology study and private property land use agreement for the 'water well drill' legal document in Thompson and Sego Canyons. Discuss and vote to push forward with items now that funding has been secured. Discussion - Discussion on GWSSA progress in regards to the UMTRA Green River water line. Discussion and Action Item - Continue to discuss and plan how to move forward with utilizing the CIB grant funds. Discuss the status of Browns Hill and Peterson SCADA quotes and vote to move forward with purchasing one of the company's SCADA Systems. Discussion and Action Item - Interview TSSD Board applicants Jenny Gleason and Les Thayn and vote to recommend an applicant(s) to the county commission. Discussion and Action Item - Discuss recent Gramma Requests and any actions needed to properly fulfill requests Old Business: Discuss-Discuss the action plan for following up on Holloway Backflow prevention devices and the agreements made with Holloways, DDW, and DWR to ensure compliance. Grand County Commission Update: Jacques Hadler Water Operator Update and Report: Ryan Bell - Meter readings update- - Meter Readings on Tank - - Water flows coming out of the Source and drops- -2 -3 -4 -5 - Chlorination Report - Secretary Report: Shelly Thayn Adjourn
