PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Planning Commission RED HILL RANCH PHASE 1, 31 LOT FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT and CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS 800 SOUTH HOYTSVILLE ROAD, (CT-482-F, CT-476) Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend an action on the proposed Red Hills Ranch Phase 1, 31 Lot Final Subdivision Plat and construction Drawings on. The project is located at 800 South Hoytsville Road, Parcels CT-482-F and CT-476. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 17, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main., The proposed 31 Lot Final Subdivision Plat and Construction Drawings requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
