PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Site Plan
A. CANYON CREEK THEATER EXPANSION. This proposal involves expansion of an existing building and adding additional parking to the site located at 595 East Commerce Way.
3. Re-Final Plat
A. PARK ESTATES PHASE 2 (PLAT B2). This proposal involves the re-approval of final plat for 9 residential lots located at approximately 100 South 2800 East.
B. PARK ESTATES PHASE 2 (PLAT B1). This proposal involves the re-approval of a final plat for 6 residential lots located at approximately 300 East 2800 South.
