NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 11th day of June 2024 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Vote to Approve Agenda
3. Consideration and possible action on the request for an extension of time for the Final Plat approval of Magnolia Farms
4. Consideration and possible action on the sign package for Lakeshore Learning
5. Consideration and possible action on the final plat for Sunset Court located in the vicinity of the northwest corner of Main Street and 200 North.
6. Adjourn
