NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Utah Code 17-16-14 as amended (effective May 1, 2024), notice is hereby given by
the Board of Davis County Commissioners, Farmington, Utah that a public hearing will be held
on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 10:00 am in Room 303 of the Davis County Administrative
Building, 61 S Main Street, Farmington, Utah to consider a planned compensation increase for
Executive County Officers as defined in Utah Code 17-16-14 (2) (a) (iii) which exactly mirrors a
planned compensation increase for other County Employees who are participating in Utah
Retirement Systems (URS) Tier I or Tier II - as follows:
Executive County Officers participating in URS Tier I will receive a .5% increase
Executive County Officers participating in URS Tier II will receive a 1% increase
Such increases will be effective in the 14th pay-period which begins on June 21, 2024.
