- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed Plat Amendment for a lot line vacation for lots 82 and 83 in the Cedar Breaks Mountain Estates, Unit C subdivision 299 North Elk Drive, Brian Head, UT during the regular meeting scheduled to begin at 1 pm or shortly thereafter. Anyone wishing to review the information on the proposed Plat Amendment may do so at the Brian Head Town Hall during normal business hours of 9 - 5 Monday - Friday. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than July 1, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact the Building and Planning Official at the Town offices during normal business hours at 435-677-2029
