NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE DISTRICT BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024.
The Board of Trustees of Black Desert Public Infrastructure District will hold a Public Hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, at Snow Jensen & Reece, PC, 912 West 1600 South, Ste. B200, St. George, UT 84770, or electronically at zoom.us/join using Meeting ID: [826 6256 5441] and Passcode: [677516].
The purpose of the hearing is to take public input on a proposed amendment to the District Budget for Calendar Year 2024, approved as a tentative amendment on June 10, 2024.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any other item in the proposed budget amendment.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Jennifer Gowans at (435) 628-3688 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
