Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances:
Resolution 24-10- Amending the Budget for the Various Funds of Nibley City for the Fiscal Year 2023-24, and Adopting the Budget for the Various Funds of Nibley City and Other Budgetary Matters for Fiscal year 2024-25 and Adjusting Certain Fees and Payments for Services
When: June 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the City's website by June 18, 2024, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
