- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: The Nephi City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the Painter Smith Annexation. The annexation is located at 1150 N 500 W, Juab County. It consists of 4.33 acres. The property is owned by Russel Smith.
