The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2024
at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Ordinance Amendment: Proposed amendment to street tree regulations (10.30.070)
Subdivision Amendment: Request by Roger Larkin for an amendment to the Syracuse Meadows subdivision, located at approximately 2419 W 2700 S in the R-1 zone.
Site Plan: Application from Sam Brady for a Jag's Gas Station at 1662 S 3000 W comprising 1.24 acres in the General Commercial (GC) zone.
