BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 24-16, 24-17, 24-18 Notice is hereby given that on June 6, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 24-16, 24-17, and 24-18. Ordinance 24-16 amends Brigham City Code Section 155.263, Street Design Requirements, to include an exception provision for the length of a cul-de-sac in industrial developments. Ordinance 24-17 vacates certain utility and public utility easement in the Northview Subdivision Phase 1 and Parkinson Subdivisions. Ordinance 24-18 amends Brigham City Code Sections 91.055-91.066, Cemetery, to clarify certain regulations and repeal conflicting ordinances. Ordinances 24-16, 24-17, and 24-18 shall take effect upon posting and publication on June 7, 2024. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
