- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The public hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval resolution amending Title 9, Chapter 1 and Title 11, Chapter 3 to clarify and confirm the requirement for available water before the issuance of a building permit.
