Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a zone change request from Full Tilt Holdings, LLC. The request is to change the current zoning of Outlying (O) to Grazing, Mining, Recreation, Forestry (GMRF-160) on parcels of property they own located in Section 21 Township 11 S, Range 4 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific parcels being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
