The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 20th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding the Burton Ranch Annexation. The annexation area is three parcels totaling 92.19 acres (CD-590, CD-599, and CD-600), located north of the Hallam Road and Lambert Lane intersection. The developer is proposing an AG-1 zoned conservation subdivision. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Rd. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
