- This Administrative Town Hall, entitled 'Annexation Town Hall' will be held in the Sandy City Multi-purpose Room at City Hall. While this is not a City Council Meeting, there may be a quorum of City Council Members in attendance. As this event is being conducted by the Executive Branch of Sandy Government, the Council will not be conducting any council business nor making any final decisions on any City Business.
