- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting held on June 4, 2024, the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Ordinance 982 amended the Riverdale City Code Title 4, Chapter 2. - Resolution 2024-15 awarded a bid for the 4350 South Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project. - Resolution 2024-16 approved an interlocal agreement concerning automatic mutual aid in fire and protection services. I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on June 6, 2024, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ___________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
