- EASTLAND SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT--Meeting Agenda Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM MST At the Eastland Schoolhouse 1- Vote: Approval of previous meeting minutes (3/12/2024 meeting) 2- Public Comment: Time for citizens to address Board on matters not on the agenda. Due Oct 16, 2024-Janet 7-Update: status of new meters/new computer+software and last tower leak-Misti/Zach 8-Update-Water Adjudication meeting 4/18/24--- Marc Stilson 9- Update: status on Garbage service -Misti 10-Update: New well help-Jeremy Action Items 11-Discussion/Vote: VFD Panel fix/cost $4,800-Jeremy 12- Discussion/Vote: Pump back up cost-Jeremy 13- Discussion/Vote: south end substation fix cost---Jeremy 14- Discussion/Vote: Bookkeeper Job D/Hire process/direct pay policy-Janet 15-Vote: Possible Budget adjustments 2024--Janet/Misti VFD Fix Cost-- $4,800-Jeremy Pump Back up-$10-20k-Jeremy South end Booster station Fix $1,400++ ($3k-$40k)-Jeremy Cost of second opinion on well capacity- Jones & DeMille/6 weeks/$6,300 OR John Files/4 days/$5,000 Crowley shop and Della Miller home vault/meter replace- $2,000-$3,000 each estimate 16-Vote: Designation of next meeting-September 10, 2024-all 17-Vote: Adjournment-all
