Description/Agenda: Invitation to Bid on a new Bathroom in the Cemetery Cemetery Bathroom Specifications 10x20 building for 2 fully ADA Gender neutral bathroom stalls. City to provide all building permits Contractor to do Excavation including Backfill, site prep and utility connections up to 50' Concrete: (Walls 2'x8' Floor 4' slab) Lumber: Exterior Walls 2x6 with 7/16' OSB 9ft height Roof: Ptich Truss 4/12 7/16' OSB Roofing: Metal roof Exterior Finish: Rock and metal siding, aluminum soffit, Fascia, and Gutter with downspouts. Color to be picked by owner. Plumbing: Must be provided for 2 ADA complaint gender neutral bathrooms. Electrical: Sufficient electric water heater as well as 2 electric heaters to keep bathrooms usually in winter operations. Drywall interior: Cabinets including baby change station. Exterior Doors: Fiberglass doors, solid core
