NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 18, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 19 Main Street
(Old Fort Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Parra Numa for a site plan amendment to change the exterior paint color for a commercial building located at 19 Main Street in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone.
2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Blvd
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of McKay Christensen for a site plan amendment to change exterior materials for two (2) new apartment buildings, located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict with BMU Overlay.
Review and approve the minutes for the May 6th, 2024, meeting.
