- Public Notice is hereby given that the Salt Lake County Career Service Council will convene a meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. AGENDA RE: Prehearing of Case #24-01 Balfour Webex Anchor Location: Salt Lake County Government Center, 2001 South State Street, Human Resources, Office #N4-700. The purpose of the prehearing conference is to: 1. Establish the ground rules upon which the hearing will be conducted. 2. Define the issues which will be the subject of contention. 3. Identify witnesses. 4. Ascertain stipulations of fact. 5. Entertain preliminary motions. 6. Schedule the date(s) for an evidentiary hearing. Note this meeting can be attended in person or virtually.
