4. Agenda Update: Jesse Pennepacker will be conducting our meeting as substitute Chairman. Address issues regarding yard cleanup for fire prevention. Road signs within Church Wells for speed control. New tenants for water application. Discuss cattlemen's rate being changed to bulk water rates. Update on Navajo Hills, discuss and take action. Only If funding is available thru grants. Depreciation needs to be discussed to legitimize rate increases. Assign Vice chair position to Jesse Pennepacker(current board member)
