Description/Agenda: The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider adding to the allowable uses in the Mt. Pleasant Industrial Park. The current allowable uses are in the City Code 10.12.010.5. It is being proposed to add 'Automotive Repair shop' as an allowable use within the Industrial Park. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Chambers at 115 West Main St, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Natalie Crosby at (435)462-2456 at least five (5) days before the hearing.
